I had a good experience with Dr. Yoakum. He worked with me even though I did not bring medical records from previous provider. My issue is with the individual that checked me out. I was informed that my insurance wouldn't cover frames until October. She then let me know that there were having a 50% off sale as she handed my paperwork. She didnt offer to let me look at any frames or give me pricing. It was as though she was ready for me to leave. Which I did. I'll just be going back to the previous provider.

This was my second annual eye exam here and as someone who has been going to the Eye Doctor for 30 years, I think I'm a good judge of good service and knowing an educated/experienced doctor. Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. The doctor was informative. The whole experience was good both last year and this year.

This was my first appointment at this location. Everyone from the front desk to the order desk were prompt, kind and efficient. The doctor was great and took time to answer questions.
