So I called about a week ago today, got an appointment for Tuesday, I called that weekend expressing the pain I was in and they reached out to me Monday morning and got me in that day. Once I got there all the staff was so pleasant, they explained pricing and what would be done they did not seem rushed at all and doctor Floyd was able to talk to me give me all of my options and lay out a plan. I was so thankful they made time to provide treatment the same day it was so easy relaxing and I am so pleased with the results. Thank you doctor Floyd & staff!!

In 2019 I went to them for an abscess that I let get out of hand. I ended up needing to go to a surgeon to get the tooth out and they couldn't treat me, but it has always stayed with me how kind everyone was here. I have severe anxiety about dental stuff so it's hard to let myself go get help until its an emergency. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, it made me feel much better about the situation. They took my xrays for me, which was cheaper with them than it would have been with the office that treated me, and were very attentive and understanding. So I had a dental emergency and this wonderful doctor got me in within hours,Dr Ford was very understanding of my fear of dentist and treated me with such compassion,I hadn’t been to a dentist in 15 years as I’m scared to death of them,this dentist and his assistant has totally changed my opinion of dentist, I had 3 teeth pulled and had the fastest recovery ever,I literally had no pain after the first couple hours after the procedure,please don’t put your oral health on hold they are fabulous and caring, I have found my new dentist.THANK YOU
