Husband went to 2 other urgent care centers and was turned away because they were busy. The staff at this location said they were at capacity, but took him right back. He was bleeding from a pretty significant cut to his thumb. I’m very thankful they cared more about him than their workload.

I have been a patient for about 3 years. On Nov 11th I had my mammogram. On Nov 14th my annual check up with Sam Weiss.He always takes all the time you need and is kind and caring. He sent me for lab work and while I was there Lindsay from the imaging called me with news I needed to do another mammogram. She was going to schedule me one and I told her I was upstairs in the lab she was kind enough to work me in after my lab work. She was so kind. When I go for my iv every 6 weeks the check in receptionist Clarissa is always so polite and cheerful. I get exceptional care at this facility always.

My experience was great considering what every medical center is experiencing right now. All the staff was very friendly and nice. I was in and out in about hour. The con was I had to wait two days before I could get a spot, (something every medical center is facing) and when I called into the urgent care to let them know I was there, their phones were down and I had to go in to let them know I was there and then back out to my car.
