Quick and easy to get what I needed. The workers were very nice and informative. They offered delivery for my mom since she was not able to get around well. Very please with the type of care that was provided.

Never had this much trouble getting thru to any company. Leaving messages for four or five days now for a non-functional wheelchair has resulted in a complete void of response from this company's tech support department. They don't have enough trained technical professionals to handle the demand. HELP!

After reading all the awful reviews, I was almost intimidated to call this company! But, it was necessary for me to do so! To me complete pleasure an surprise, I was handled quickly with kindness and an efficiency seldom seen in today! My problem was solved! Thank--you so very much, because when you are in need, this kind of resolution is essential!!
