No matter what I ask for, Hope always goes above and beyond even for something she does not normally do. She's the best!!

I was going to give this salon a 5 star but the hairstylist refuses to contact me by phone or text. I needed to ask her a question in regards of what hair protector she used before she blew out my hair. She is not responding to me period and I think that is unprofessional and kind of rude after she got my 90 dollars she don't know me know more It is all about the money not the clients being totally happy about their hair then she don't need to be in that business! I have real nice hair and if she didn't apply a good hair protector on my hair then that could be a problem because I came there with healthly hair not damaged at all!
