I was very reluctant to go to therapy from past experience but that changed with help from a friend recommending Therapy of Hickory. Amber is excellent! She showed sincere willingness to help me. I probably wouldn't be if it wasn't for her.

My time with Dave at Therapy of Hickory has significantly aided in the bettering of my mental wellness and understanding of myself. Every session has improved some aspect of awareness about myself and my interactions with the world. Each session is packed with a variety of tools and hardcore advice that cuts to the chase of my problems and will serve me well for the rest of my life. I was very reluctant to go to therapy, as the last therapist I had didn't seem like a good fit for me but with challenges in my life taking over I knew I needed support and help with a divorce and my co-dependency. In my first meeting with Marissa Million I knew she was going to be able to help. She has been so good at keeping me moving in the right direction and made herself available in moments of despair. Over the last year I have been able to open up about topics I didn't think I needed to address and leave every session with the weight lifted off my shoulders.
