For contractors needing specialty supplies (central vacuum for me) this place is great and their customer service is on point. Their computer system malfunctioned one day and they didn't receive my order in the morning, I called and the sales manager drove the supplies to my door step within the hour. They couldn't apologize enough even though it wasn't their fault and they made it up to me instantly. I can't say enough good things about the Hickory location and I've worked with them as my suppliers for over a decade!

So glad that I took this job. I have a great deal of respect for the owner and feel sad that so many people have misunderstood him and posted derogatory remarks in the past. I have been well respected since I have been here, and all of the people here are very friendly and very helpful. If you could talk to the owner, you would know that the bad comments online are just disgruntled employees trying to get unwarranted revenge.
