Had an appointment today with Bailey. Satisfied is an understatement! She did amazing on getting my dark brown hair to blonde! Very talented young lady!! Defiantly have found "MY" stylist!!

4 stars was not todays rating, today would have been a 1 or 2 if I felt generous. Have been bringing my mom in weekly for a wash for some time. The people have always been kind and helpful. They have listened and done her hair as asked. Today a young stylist was assigned her as our first and second choice were not available. This young redhead(dye) made it obvious she was annoyed to be assigned mom. Even her supervisor told her she was not doing the hair correct and she ignored her. We will be back to the store but not to her!

This is a wonderful salon very clean, everyone very friendly and wanting to please their customers. Dawn Henline has been my stylist for years and she is so easy to communicate with. Actually, she is more like family to me, another daughter.to love. I have recommended to a lot of my friends, one drives down from Blowing Rock to get her hair cut and colored. Can't go wrong with any.of the girls there. They.also have a nail tech.
