Amazing experience!! My husband and I both had appointments today at the Hickory store. While we waited to be seen we were browsing frames when Lori approached and assisted us. She walked the entire store trying to help us find something we liked, she was very patient with us and very helpful. We were chatting and laughing the entire time.

My wife and I both had Lori for a sales consultant. Lori was extremely knowledgeable about each type of glasses I selected. She was also a very nice, cheerful, and sincere person and we will definitely comeback to her location!

Very helpful selecting my frames. Initially, I had some confusion about insurance and pricing but the manager, Lynn, called and explained everything to me. I'm satisfied with my experience and will pick up my glasses this evening.
