I actually bought a used laptop from these guys 5ish years ago (that I'm actually typing this review on), and when the power chord died today I was up a very unfortunate creek with no paddle. I'm thankful they're in the area (instead of all the way over by 70) and I could snag a replacement quick and easy. Being heroic today was everyday work for them.
With our having used Select Tech for several Laptops and a desktop computer in our family, we have always been satisfied with their work. We are grateful for the friend who recommended them to us. They were also willing to say up-front, if the problems with a recent laptop were such that they weren't sure if they would be able to resolve the issues. We went back to the laptop manufacturer for that repair, but continue to rely on the expertise from Select Tech for our devices, without a question.

Chris was ABSOLUTELY Fabulous! I dropped my phone into my salt water pool and the time was ticking!! I was finally able to get a new phone but had trouble getting my information from the current phone. Chris was extremely patient and tried several things including hooking the phone up to a computer and turning on adaptive controls to use the computer mouse to open my password keeper. I was in sheer panic and Chris saved the day. I will definitely be back~!
