5 Start service all the way around. Jack came the next day and got us taken care of the same day. This is not the first time we have used them, and every time they are extremely responsive, reasonably priced, and quick to fix whatever is needed. Will continue to call them.
Jack is amazing and fair with pricing! He has done multiple jobs for my family and I. I refer him to all my clients in real estate. If you’re looking for trustworthy, fast, and fair pricing be sure to give him a call! He won’t come out and try to sell you something you don’t need like most of these companies do. I’ve tried the rest of them and he is well above their low standard service.
Had a great experience with this company. We had terrible humidity issues causing mold in our upstairs bedroom. We called RomCo and they came out the following day (offered to come out same day but the timing didn’t work for us). Found the problem within minutes. Somehow one of our ducts came loose from our return unit in our attic. We keep a lot of storage up there so we probably bumped it my mistake. He fixed it and now our humidity is back to normal. We will definitely hire them again.
