We recently had our windows replaced by Riley’s Replacement Windows, and the experience was excellent. Within minutes of talking with Scott, it felt like we’d known him forever, easy to talk to, straightforward, and honest. In about 15 minutes, he had a clear quote based on the number of windows, no pressure at all.
His installer, Todd, was incredibly efficient. Watching one person handle 28 windows by himself and still deliver clean, top-notch work was impressive. The cuts and installs were spotless.
