I have a very aggressive dog, but Katrina is always willing to take him, we go very early and she's there waiting on him. He's got to where he knows her now so doesn't mind the attention he gets from her. Katrina is excellent with my dog.

My dog has been to the hickory groomers several times. She is older and they seem to treat her well and do a good job on her hair cut. She has developed some skin tags in her old age and they are always careful not to cut them. And i am sure thats hard since her hair is so thick. They also get her done in a reasonable time frame. I have taken her other places where she sit in a cage all day because they over booked. Petsmart seems to get right to her. She has seen Nicole several times and she is always very sweet to her.

My bichon, Dallas has been going to Petsmart in Hickory for more years than I can recall (he is 17 now) and I would trust every single one of these talented groomers with his life! He gets excited to go, and he doesn't hesitate to walk with them to be groomed! I highly recommend them and I will forever be a customer. Thank you ladies.
