I love this place. It’s the only eye doctor that seems to be able to get me in in any type of reasonable time, I never wait around in there to be seen when I come to an appointment, everyone is pleasant, and I’ve found no problems with the care I receive there. Both my children are patients here too and my daughter just got fitted for her first pair of contacts there and I was very impressed with the patience involved with that and also the itemized receipt I received to explain the cost of the appointment.
I went here and had the best experience for eye care in hickory. The doctor was super helpful when I explained a previous doctor had written my prescription wrong and my glasses were the wrong power. They got me all sorted out. The gentleman that did the insurance claim with me was awesome as well. He was able to help me navigate my eye insurance claim and get the most for my yearly credit. My eye insurance is complicated. For me it was a great experience and the ladies there were so nice and funny.
As someone who has always went to a bigger eye care center, I have been pleased with Peak Eye Care. The doctors seem to be very knowledgeable, and the staff very friendly. I have never had to wait long to be seen, and typically I am completely finished with my appointment in less than an hour and that includes going through the contacts visit as well. I would like to say that Sammy was super helpful to me today. He helped me choose a pair of glasses, and was so kind and personable. I am overall happy with this place, and intend to go back again when needed.
