I dropped off my 2010 Police Ford Crown Vic to Rob at Pattons. It had some major electrical issues going on . Rob was able to fix the issue and bring it back to life. I had an issue with my car radio not working. The dealer in Boone offered to pull the radio out of my car and send it to Charlotte for $250. and then let me know what it would cost to repair it. Luckily I found Robbie on line and took my car to his shop. He quickly spotted the problem and corrected it while I was waiting. He will be my recommendation when anyone on the mountain asks me if I know anyone who would work on their car radio. There is no one I could find up here who would check out the problem and do the work. Thanks, Robbie

Robbie is excellent at what he does! Patton's has installed satellite radios for me as well as repaired electric windows in my car and many other electronic issues I have had-Cost is always more affordable than the dealerships and I have never been dissatisfied with his work! I have recommended this establishment to countless friends, family and co-workers over the years. To my knowledge nobody has ever been dissatisfied.
