NICS provided us with great help! They came out and were able to get us a new roof which was very much needed! Employees were extremely helpful and reliable during the process of everything. The owner also called us personally and was very easy to get in contact with, which in my experience is a big deal. Highly recommend if you are in need of these services.
So thankful for the team over at N.I.C.S. had been a literall God send. When me and my family were at one of the toughest points of our lives, they came through like an answered prayer. We unfortunately had a tree go through our roof due to a tornado and they rushed in at the middle of the night with no delay and quickly got my family squared away in a hotel room. Not long after, the team moved my family into a very nice rental close to my kids school, and has had our backs with fighting the insurance company all the way. After my insurance tried to pull one over me, i decided to reach out to NICS. Nick and Preston went above and beyond to get me way more for claim. They handle all the paperwork and dispute with their legal team and handle all types of insurance claims across the Carolinas. The took care of everything and made this process so stress free. I had fought with my insurance own my own for a year. I decided that I needed the professionals to come in and take the stress out of my hands. I highly recommend this company!
