As someone who works in pharmacy, trying to get in touch with the provider is a complete nightmare. I had a situation, while I was working, where someone brought a prescription over that needed clarification (missing information on the prescription), so I called the office to resolve the issue, which would've taken less than 1 minute to resolve. On the first attempt, the receptionist claimed she couldn't "hear" me, so I hung up and tried a different phone. The 2nd time on a different phone, I was sent straight to voicemail, in which the voicemail immediately disconnected me in the middle of me leaving a message. The 3rd time, the receptionist picked up the phone and asked me to hold, placed me on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnected me. The 4th time, the receptionist picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me. Keep in mind, the patient that was needing help was standing in front of me this entire time waiting for his issue to be resolved. It was the same receptionist every single time. I'm not sure who that receptionist is, but whoever she is deserves to be fired. The amount of incompetence is unbelievable. Some individuals need to be reminded, we work in the health field. We HELP people. Just because it's inconvenient for you to answer a simple phone call doesn't mean you can just decide to hang up on people or completely disregard the reason they are calling. 1/5 receptionist, would give a negative score if possible.

My father is (was) a patient here. 2 of 3 appointments in the past 8 weeks have required us to wait over 45 minutes PAST our appointment time. If your time means anything to you do not go here. The staff offers no consideration or apology for wasting a patient’s time.

Call them on Saturday asked if they accepted walk-ins on Sunday lady told me to be there between 2:00 and 3:00 she'd squeeze me in showed up at 2:15 and got told no they could not take me waste of my time
