She consulted with me before the process (and I had a ton of questions) and she consulted with me during the process as well. Schmia was absolutely amazing! I came in late because of the snow, and she was still so kind and accommodating. Throughout the appointment, she was super professional and kept great conversation, which made the whole experience even better. My hair turned out better than I could’ve imagined—I’m obsessed! The salon itself was clean, spacious, and had such a welcoming vibe. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-tier service and results.
