My daughter went for her first true salon experience and our cosmetologist Maddie gave her the BEST experience. She felt so pampered and beautiful. Maddie took her time with my kiddo, embraced her silliness, and truly made her feel so special! 10/10.

Like most women, I wanted to find the perfect stylist and never leave. Well, perfect is a high standard. But, Victoria at JCPenney- Hickory, in the Valley Hills Mall, is AMAZING and as close to perfect as you will get.
If you're looking for a stylist who does color to perfection and stays on top of current trends, she is your girl.

Going to JCPenney you will get top of the line hair care products, an amazing stylist who knows hair and will have you looking and feeling brandnew (her name is VICTORIA) coupled with a sweet spirit.
I went to JCPenney for a haircut and Maddie was my stylist. I wanted a drastic change and she did an amazing job for me. I've had long hair for years and wanted a change and decided to get it all cut off. She guided me on what would look the best and how much I should go since it was my first time in forever having short hair. She ever gave me tips on how to style it once it was cut. I absolutely loved how it turned out and would recommend everyone to go see her for your styling needs.
