Hart Family Practice has been a trusted healthcare provider for decades, with patients returning for years due to their personalized care. The staff takes the time to know and invest in their patients' families, addressing each member's needs. While communication can be inconsistent, the office is overall well-loved for its respectful and effective care.
My husband starting coming to Hart Family when he was a student at LR, over 10 years ago. We've continued coming to this practice because they know and invest in our family. Now with two children, the staff knows us by name is quick to check on every family member. Getting a return call from the "nurses' desk" can be hit or miss, but overall, we love this office and all of the staff!
I have been coming to this place for over 20 years. And it's not because there's not another doctor's office in town. I've just always had very good experiences here. The person I have seen the last few years there for my appointments is the best physician I have ever had.
Mandy Ferguson is great. She is caring and professional. Noticed they changed people in the office who don't pick up the phone. But you won't be disappointed if you do get an appointment with Mandy.
