Gave 3 stars as I been waiting 20 minutes so far, yet 2 stylists are just sitting around. Not sure if they are on breaks, but I'm sure they have a break room. Just seems odd to me. Will update once I get my cut.
I was just diagnosed with breast cancer and went in to get rid of my long hair. The stylist was awesome. She did a shortcut, and it is beautiful. She was so sweet. She made my day ❤️
I'm a retired older gentleman, that enjoys a simple basic haircut. I've got the Great Clips AP on my phone and enjoy the ease of logging in to get my place on the waiting list. I've found the updating of time on the AP to when my turn in line will be accurate and kept up to date by the employees. I've never been disappointed in my haircut by whomever did my cut. They keep notes on customer preferences and go over them before they start. Prices are reasonable and to this point all haircutters have been congenial and professional.
