I always make an appointment- they’re always ready for me, all the artist hit the nail on the head exactly what I describe to them- or they’ll use their best judgment and impress me everytime. My cuticles are always healthier leaving, than arriving, and they’re very gentle on my skin. 10/10?

Yall… I’m a very TOUGH CRITIC… and I can say this place checks all of my box’s…??? you will not go wrong coming up here…. Tell them I sent you… SNS done correctly… not caked on… they take their time EVERYTIME…..

I went in with the idea of getting a manicure and pedicure. However, when the lady was doing my nails, I accidentally messed up the french tip trying to insert my hand in the LED light. I sincerely apologized, because I was embarrassed that I had messed it up . But her response was to roll her eyes. I get it, I messed up but ma’am, it was an accident. Will definitely not be back, I cannot give my hard earned money somewhere that they don’t appreciate my business. The other lady tried to relieve the tension as she seen my facial expressions change, she was polite and I genuinely appreciate her but for me it was a bad experience.
