My husband and I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk here a couple of days ago - just to see if you could improve the botched paint job we received from Maaco a few years back. Jacob and his crew took the time to test some areas on the Jeep to see if any improvement could be made. Unfortunately, it was a lost cause. Jacob was completely honest and transparent. He didn't want my husband and I to spend money on something that would have been a waste of money for us. Then, he didn't charge us a penny. We took our new Toyota Corolla to Cosmo because we were using a car wash that uses brushes when you drive through it, and it did damage to our top coat of our paint, left like spider webbing in the finish, we took it to Cosmos and with a two step process they got it out of our car and detailed the inside to. What an amazing experience and job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Superb staff that was friendly and helpful. Amazing work. They also offer other services for your car care needs. As someone who is charged with going to drop off the work trucks and picking them up from cleaning, Jacob is always on top of things and makes it so easy for me to walk in, hand him the keys, and have me back out the door ASAP. He already knows what needs to be done and doesn't waste any time.
