Had a super experience with Best Choice Roofing in Hickory. Actually they have replaced shingles on two of my homes and did a wonderful job. Tyler is very on top of things and responsive and helpful with any and all questions. He advocates for his customers with the insurance company and makes that communication process as seamless as he possibly can. I had the best experience with Best Choice Roofing. Michael Helms knocked on my door one day and invested my roof and informed me he was able to get insurance to cover a new roof. He did a detailed claim and our new roof was approved. The crew came out and did all the work in 2 days. They were polite and efficient and did a very good job of cleaning up all the debris. I would highly recommend this company!
At first, we were very skeptical when John and Tonya, two representatives of Best Choice Roofing Hickory, approached our door and told us that our roof had suffered hail damage and could be entirely replaced through our insurance. We were even more weary when a ladder crew from our insurance came out and claimed the damage was not caused by hail; however, John and Tonya seemed sure and we didn’t lose faith in them. They took care of all the pictures, paperwork, and conversations with our adjuster and we’re able to work with our insurance to entirely replace our roof for free.
