I have to admit, we had some issues with communication at first which put me off. When I communicated that I was going to talk to a different contractor, the owner called me. He apologized and I think they fired the project manager who I was working with because of my issues. Either way, we got a new project manager, Alberto, and he was fantastic. The owner asked what he could do to earn my business and went above and beyond what I asked for.
They started when they said they were going to, finished in the time they quoted, and didn’t try to pull and fast ones on us.

First let me say that our entire experience with ABH has been nothing but great! On our visit to the showroom Robert met us to show samples and hope to pick out products we wanted to use. All of the Ladies in the office greeted us with kind comments and willingness to help. I do not remember the names of the office Ladies but as we were going through and my wife picked out products to use one of them was walking beside her and writing down everything she chose!! It all turned out correct! From day one demolition start until final day of completion our experience has been nothing but great! Dustin did an excellent job. He made sure that it was in the right location and measured several times to make sure it was the right height. He had all the right tools & screws with him. And when he left you would have never known he was there except for the new grab bar.
