What an amazing experience! Prior to patronizing A-1 Muffler Service Center I received a diagnostic from a different automotive repair center, and was informed I needed a new catalytic converter. The cost for labor and parts quoted to me by the 1st repair shop was $1,100! I found A-1 Muffler and Service center about a week later.
The owner of A-1 did the initial intake and diagnostic himself, taking time to keep me informed every step of the way. Subsequently finishing the job in around 4 hours, and the total cost was $680!
