Based on your thorough inspection, we have decided to pass on a home we placed under contract. My wife & I knew the house would require some cleaning and painting but your deep dive efforts reviled too much general neglect, problematic Poly Butylene water pipes, shoddy electrical work and substandard foundation supports the seller did not disclose. Despite surrendering our Due Diligence deposit to the seller, I believe your efforts saved us thousands $$$ and were worth every penny and I thank you.
