Our tile shower on the second floor had some leakage in the flooring that was showing in the ceiling below. We opted to have the shower flooring repaired. The crew came in over a very few days and completely solved the problem, replacing the tile floor and replacing the current drain. All of the crew were very friendly and did an excellent job. The new shower flooring is great and the workmanship is outstanding. We are very happy with everything.

Paco Design Studio was a fairly reliable tile installer. Easy to work with from choosing our backsplash tile to the professional estimate to installation. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that the homeowner has to make sure the installer communicates any issues that may come up during the installation. They usually send only Spanish speaking workers and that is very difficult for anyone who only speaks English. Be prepared to use a translator app on your phone, which helps a lot. Overall, a good experience.
