My daughter has been taking violin lessons here for a couple of years. All the instructors are fabulous, lesson quality is great. Mike, the owner is very friendly and the prices are very fair.
When I was a music major in college, many years ago, a classical guitarist--Christopher Parkening--came to perform and hold some master classes for our department. I decided then that someday, I would play something on the guitar--more than 3 chords accompanying a folk song! Life got in the way and I finally retired from my fulltime job and decided to find a guitar teacher! Google search and a recommendation from a Girl Scout in my troop lead me to Mike Ridenhour and the WNC Music Academy.

I've been taking guitar lessons here from Mike for about a year and a half, and I've enjoyed it the entire time. I highly recommend it, and I look forward getting my daughter enrolled someday.
