Our water froze during the ice storm and once it thawed out our water pressure was extremely low and our toilet wasn’t filling up. We stopped by Hoots and spoke to Donell. Brandon came out the next day to look at everything and to gave us an estimate. Brandon gave us an estimate and fixed our water the same day. Brandon was really professional, nice and answered all our questions.
We will definitely call Hoots with any plumbing issues we have.
I , like most in the WNC deep freeze had a frozen pipe, leaving me with no water. Hoots Plumbing rapidly responded to my call and dispatched a guy to my house. Branden arrived within three hours and slayed the broken pipe and we had water once again. Thanks Donnell and Branden!
