My daughter is at summer camp, and she had two fillings fall out, several hours from home. I called them yesterday and they got her in this morning. The whole process was smooth and they were absolutely amazing to my daughter! I cannot thank them enough for making this experience happen so quickly and extremely smoothly!
I want to preface this review by saying that I am an admitted Denti-phobe. I've not had a good experience with a dentist in over 40 years. (I'm 71.) Until today. First, thanks to Helene, I had to reschedule my appointment to Halloween. I wore my Halloween shirt, but was not prepared for most of the HFD staff dressing up, too! It was fabulous! Second, my dental hygienist ~ Marlee ~ is a total rockstar!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about her! I've never had such a great experience! I had my first visit to Hendersonville Family Dental recently, and I can't rave enough about the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. As a first-time patient, I was amazed by how quickly the team identified the issue with my teeth and took action to resolve it on the very same day. The efficiency and expertise demonstrated were truly top-notch. Their capability was evident, but it was their genuine care and patience that truly stood out.
