In our apartment we have a west facing clerestory window. The afternoon sun was not only hot but we felt like wearing sunglasses inside! Wayne and his team fixed that problem with a wonderful bleated shade that cut out the day’s heat but let the light in. Wayne’s attention to detail and his willingness for his customers’ satisfaction makes Carolina Blinds a favorite of ours. You won’t be disappointed with their performance and work.
No drama. Polite, on time, nice. Lovely selection. They came out to measure one day, ordered the custom blind and it came in earlier than expected. Installed in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely buy additional blinds from them again.
As a contractor, I’ve had a great experience working with Carolina Blinds. They are professional, dependable, and always provide excellent service to both us and our clients. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Carolina Blinds for quality products and outstanding customer service!
