Can't thank Billy enough for his helpfulness yesterday. I called needing a jump only to find out what I really needed was a new battery. He went out of his way to help me out, patiently, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. It's people like him that make tough days easier to deal with.

My car broke down up in Saluda NC and had to leave it overnight. Told them I live in Hickory and if they could drop it off at my house. That’s an hour and 30 min drive and they done it! Friendly and good communication. On top of that really fair price and quick with picking and dropping off!! I highly recommend if you need any towing assistance!
Billy and his team recovered our car from Bat Cave after having to abandon it to survive hurricane Helene. After our traumatic events it was a huge glimmer of hope knowing he was able to save the last thing we had left. Knowing our vehicle is safe and good hands is the most fulfilling thing we have encountered since disaster. We want to thank Billy and his crew for the sacrifice they made to help out everyone who was in harms way. This is a man to be trusted and we are forever grateful.
