Animal Care Clinic has been serving the community for many years, providing excellent care for dogs, cats, and horses. Clients report feeling confident in the veterinarians' knowledge and compassion, trusting them implicitly with their animals' health. The clinic is known for its friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile, such as carrying pets and their carriers to the car. While some clients wish they could accompany their pets inside due to COVID-19 restrictions, they appreciate the clinic's efforts to keep everyone safe.
We have been going to The animal care clinic for over 30 years with our pets. Carrie and the staff are always amazing, caring and compassionate. We've been there for good times and sad times but they have always been wonderful. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so.
I'll start by saying Ive had very bad experiences w/vets. ZERO TRUST! Afraid it was going to prove true again my girl needed help. She was very sick and things were getting worse. This place treated her with respect, patience and gentleness. The Dr knew what she was doing and didn't take advantage of my eagerness to help my baby. She was helpful with equipping us for continued health beyond there. Didnt talk down to us. The cost didnt seem to be as inflated as most EVERYTHING HAS. No unnecessary tests, just right to the problem. Quick, simplest treatment plan and recommendations for a healthy future beyond the visit. Great veterinarian spot for WNC. Dr. Lefler was super nice and explained everything well, and all of the staff I interacted with were great. I am glad I'm taking my cat here after moving.
