AdventHealth Hendersonville ER

My experience at Advent Health was exemplary from start to finish. The intake staff was kind and compassionate. I didn’t have to fill out lengthy forms and I only had to wait about ten minutes before being taken into triage. The nurse and Doctor were helpful, reassuring and clear and confident about treatment options. The care I was given was exemplary and I cannot recommend Advent and their staff highly enough.

Excellent care. Checked in, immediately brought out a wheel hair as I was having problems standing/walking and took me back. Spoke with the nurse, got me in a room with warm blankets and started an IV all within 10 minutes! the Dr., I dont remember her name, was caring and understanding regarding my severe relapse with RA and pain. She cared and listened to me. I received medications for severe swelling and pain, monitoring and comfort care.
I've never had a good ER experience so this was so nice. To be listened to, cared for all in a professional manner. Unless it's trauma, I will be coming to ADVENT.

If I have to go the hospital it's here the experience of everyone involved in my care was superb from the nurses on 2nd shift to the Drs and radiologists. The ER waiting area is quiet and peaceful. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave every aspect of your care is private. I would recommend anyone needing any scope of medical care to choose Advent Health Hendersonville.
