I wanted to share a positive experience that I had with an associate in the Laurel Maryland office. There's an associate named Consuelo Wade-Strange who was patient, professional, extremely helpful and truly a credit and valuable asset to your organization!!! It was exactly a week ago today that I contacted her with my problem, and her prompt response enabled me to resolve my issue three states away in three days!!! Very refreshing and reassuring in today's electronic age where interaction between people are often relegated to voice-mail, emails and texts. I have gotten several loans from them and I have not had any problems whatsoever. It was easy did application on line and made an appointment to finish the paperwork and it was a done deal!!!
