Based on the reviews, HearingLife of Henderson NC provides an excellent experience with a professional and dedicated staff. The team is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Patients are talked through all the different devices and shown how to work them before going home. The doctor is great and can connect a cell phone to hearing aids. Patients feel treated with care during annual tests and adjustments. The Henderson office is full of good people who always come to a patient's aid and get problems fixed. Overall, it is a great experience where patients cannot say enough good things about the people and the place.
I can always count on great service and professionalism at Hearing Life! Charlotte always does an excellent job with cleaning and servicing my mom’s hearing aids. Jennifer is an excellent audiologist - she is very thorough with my mom’s exams, makes her feel comfortable and answers all our questions.
Excellent experience. I knew I had hearing issues for quite a while. I never knew where to go to find a good ear doctor. My next door neighbor did not tell me she was going to get hearing aids. She went first and could not say enough about Hearing Life in Henderson. I decided that she had such a great experience I would go. Jennifer and Charlotte did not disappoint. Dr Goldman was able to connect my cell phone to my hearing aids and I enjoy this feature. I can now go out to dinner and actually enjoy the conversation without having others repeat themselves. I cannot say enough good things about these people and this place. Thank you!!
I have good people here in the Henderson office, they are very friendly and helpful when I need them. When I have a problem they always come to my aid and get my problems fixed so thank you Henderson
