We have been seeing Dr. Heavner at Chatuge Family Practice for over 10 years. This visit was not scheduled and the front desk got me in within hours! Dr. Heavner is fantastic. We just love her and her bedside manner. She is very professional while staying very caring. The front office staff is always friendly and efficient and Dr. Heavner's nurse is the best. Kimberley always gets back to me and keeps me informed. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very efficient and friendly.My first visit so there was lots to discuss.I am an 85 yr old veteran widow and am fortunate to have my son and his wonderful wife find you for my Doctor.It’s scarey to leave your primary doctor who knew me so well and try to remember to tell all. Thank goodness for the online information they were able to secure, as I am very forgetful.From the front desk to the nurses all were so friendly and helpful.

I wanted to give kudos to two medical personnel in the Hayesville area.I’ll start out by saying, I’m from FL (I know, I know) and didn’t hold out too much hope for good medical care in a small town.A few weeks ago I had very, very high blood pressure and a friend called an ambulance to have them pick me up. The only thing I’m terrified of is needles. I’m good with snakes, spiders and really anything else but needles. There were several paramedics that showed up, one was Tyler Hyatt. He was kind, patient and understanding. Even though I wasn’t very calm, he was. My blood pressure began to come down and he was able to start an IV. He was excellent at his job...read full review
