Needed gutters cleaned, repaired and gutter guards placed. Courtney- Project Manager came for evaluation and estimate. She is a friendly and is very knowledgeable about all things for home repair. She made me feel at ease. Explained everything in detail. I even asked about other potential projects for our 32 yo home. The pricing was very fair compared to other estimates we received. We are very happy we chose this company (actually- I think we chose Courtney). They did an excellent job. Quick. Efficient. Quality work. Fair pricing. True to their word. Showed up as promised. I will definitely be using this company again.

The crew came out and added gutter guards to my gutters, they did a wonderful job! No more having to clean my gutters out each year! Courtney rep was so knowledgeable, kind and attentive. 10/10 will be recommending Courtney and Top Tier to anyone that needs their services!
