This was an absolutely amazing experience. I started feeling sick and Kat rushed to me with water and a cold towel offering to reschedule any time I wanted. I called asking if they could fix a bad haircut from another salon and boy did Cathy deliver! She rehashed and conditioned my hair, went through my hair to find the cuts that just didn't match up, and proceeded to blend and blend and blend until my hair looked so much better than when I came in.
