I had an emergency, they saw me without an appointment. I found out my dog was in serious medical distress. Long story short, I had to put her down. But the staff was very accommodating and friendly. When it came time to make that decision, they were very supportive and compassionate. They made my very hard day, a whole lot easier. I'm thankful for them. My other dog will be a patient there.

Savannah has a heart of gold, she was there when my sister and I had to get her dog put down and then she was also present with my cat Scottie. She had compassion both encounters I have had so far. Thankyou for being a wonderful soul ladies!

I first came across Havelock Animal Hospital when we moved to Havelock in 2021. One of the best vet offices I have been to. All of the staff from the vets, techs, and reception are always friendly, helpful, and informative. Recently my family has been getting ready to move overseas with our two dogs and the reception team, especially Aaron, have been so great with helping us get all the correct documents for vaccines signed and in order. Highly recommend!
