I was having an issue with my 1st level Heating unit not coming on December 27th Am. I reached out to Mike at Real Cool Heating Air, I explained my dilemma and he advised he was a bit swamped at the time. However, he gave me a quick suggestion on how to get it back on, after giving it a go I realized I needed an expert. With in an hour, Mike did a follow up and called and me back to see If I had any success. We set apt for Monday December 30th 8am. Mike was on time, efficient, explained everything with clarity and detail, and gave me a much lower quote than what I had been given by other companies. I appreciated his honesty and transparency. I absolutely recommend!
