“We dropped off my daughter's ROTC uniform of on a Thurs evening, to be picked up on Monday evening, not realizing she needed it for a surprise inspection on Monday morning at 8:45. She emailed the owner, Mr. Rorik Patel Sunday morning, when she realized it. He emailed her back right away and told her he would see what he could do. (They send their laundry out to Delight on Wendover Rd in Charlotte). He called her at 6:30 Monday morning and told her she could go pick it up there and it would be ready. Went and picked it up and dropped her off at school at 8:43. 2 minutes to spare! Mr. Patel went above and beyond what we expected! I never expected him to get in touch with her on a Sunday, much less track down her uniform so we could go pick it up!! He made an impossible situation possible for her. I can't say enough good things about them and we will be using them for all of our dry cleaning needs! Thank you so much!!“

“Wow. I dropped off a few items for alterations & a couple pairs of shoes for repair. The alterations are PERFECT. And they were not easy alterations - a leather skirt and a pair of jeans that now fit like gloves.

I gave 4 stars because the shoe repair seemed like I probably could have done it myself for much cheaper, and they lost a shoelace.“

In our experience we didn’t experience rudeness. I don’t think the workers are rude I think it’s just language barriers. They weren’t the friendliest but they weren’t rude either.“
