DELIGHT CLEANERS & ALTERATIONS

We dropped off my daughter's ROTC uniform of on a Thurs evening, to be picked up on Monday evening, not realizing she needed it for a surprise inspection on Monday morning at 8:45. She emailed the owner, Mr. Rorik Patel Sunday morning, when she realized it. He emailed her back right away and told her he would see what he could do. (They send their laundry out to Delight on Wendover Rd in Charlotte). He called her at 6:30 Monday morning and told her she could go pick it up there and it would be ready. When we got to the place, we were greeted with smiles and kindness. They were very thorough measuring my daughter's pants, having her look in the mirror a couple of times to make sure that is the length she wanted. They told us they would be done hemming both pants in a week, but they called me the next day and let me know they were already done.
I picked up the pants, and my daughter tried them on. They were perfectly hemmed (the perfect size). You could tell is quality work as well that will last and not fall apart.
