Just went to get a tire fixed and a safety inspection. Very busy location. Everyone I encountered was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I inquired about different services, and the prices I was quoted seemed on part with other shops. It was obvious that several customers were loyal customers.

I had taken my car for an inspection and when my husband brought me to pick up my car he noticed his tire was low and asked them to take a look. They ended up finding a nail in the sidewall and when we mentioned the tire was recently replaced at Pep Boys, he recommend us calling there to see if it was covered under warranty (which we had no idea about). He easily could have not said anything and taken our money for a new tire. But instead he was honest and upfront and our tire ended up being covered. So we were very grateful for that and his honesty. They also had my inspection done super quick and called me right away. Great customer service here!

These guys have been extremely careful with my wheels and they do a great job balancing them. I highly recommend seeing them if you have a vehicle you care about and don't want any issues with wheel damage. I will continue to bring my vehicles here from now on.
