The people are courteous, nice, and professional. I left my driver's license at home, and a young lady drove me home to get it. That is in the category of excellent customer service.

5 star exemplary service! I went to caliber collision first and quickly realized how unorganized and chaotic it was over there. I knew I had to take my car somewhere else, so i took a chance on crash champions. I had my car estimated, scheduled, and repairs completed all within less than 2 weeks. The receptionist, Tonya, was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed the whole time. The manager, Ben, was equally friendly and helpful. You can tell everyone there cares about the work they do and the service they are giving to customers. You can't say that about a lot of places (cough, Caliber). Highly recommend and thank you for taking good care of my car!

Benjamin was absolutely AMAZING to work with! So friendly and kept us well informed of the repairs and time frame. I can’t thank him enough for how well he took care of us and our vehicle, all while being so short staffed those two weeks!! He even got someone to drive me over to Enterprise to get my rental so I didn’t have to get someone to take me there.If you need repair, talk to Ben.
