I interviewed 5 other contractors before hiring Manuel, Luis and the Ubaldo’s team. They had neither the least nor the most expensive quote, but they were thorough in their responses to my many questions. In addition they came prepared with transparent, uncomplicated answers; they presented past examples of their work, with many references. They did a complete bath remodel for me in preparation for creating a space to “ Age in Peace”. They were right on time with their projected time line, and were off by two weeks, only because the custom window order came in incorrectly and it took two weeks for the right one to be created (well worth with the wait) The entire crew worked well together, were always punctual, very polite, efficient in their various tasks and cleaned up after themselves each day. My completed bathroom is far greater than I could ever have imagined ( and I have a good imagination). It was indeed a pleasure working with Ubaldo’s Construction and Remodeling Company.
I highly recommend this company for any home improvements you may have. They do it all!! They are like a one stop and shop from electrical work, floors, room additions and more. They have a very professional and friendly crew that comes to your home to work and leaves the workplace orderly. Mr. Manuel the owner is very approachable and treats the job as though you're his only client, he follows up with each phase of the work being completed. Communicates with the homeowner regularly on inspections and any phase of the work. My husband and I are so pleased with the covered deck we had added on to our home. After meeting with many contractors, we chose this company to do our project and could not have made a better choice. We will be contacting them again for more of our home improvement needs.
