Custom Floor Solutions is a small family run business providing free in-home estimates and professional flooring and cabinet services to Charlotte and its surrounding areas. They offer all flooring types to meet your needs and help turn your dream house into your dream home with the look and feel you want in every room, taking great pride in everything they do. Ben and his team did an amazing job on a primary bath remodel and an awesome job on flooring throughout the home. Clients had the most incredible experience, from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, with an extremely organized and efficient team that had great communication and did great work. The team completely renovated a downstairs with new flooring, kitchen cabinets and paint, working with clients at every turn even with a tricky schedule. They were punctual and completed the project ahead of schedule, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service. Clients were very pleased with carpet installation and new tile in a large space, appreciating responsive estimation and project coordination, with crews that work specific to their expertise, resulting in good, overall craftsmanship. Crews were polite, easy to communicate with, and kept things picked up inside the home, with tools and supplies left organized and no personal trash left behind. Top notch work and fair pricing.
