Craig has always been able to repair and upgrade our computers, with a quick turn around, as well as get all of our questions answered. He really knows his stuff. Just recently decided time for a new laptop, Craig was able to get exactly what I needed and wanted in a new computer and quickly and transferred everything from my old laptop to my new Lenova Ideapad 3. Love my new Lenova laptop. Don't be afraid of windows 11, I was a little bit leery of it at first, but I love it. If you used Windows 10 moving to Windows 11 was an easy move. He has good deals on refurbished computers as well.
