Professional team. Great communication with customer so that there are no surprises. New information is shared immediately and questions are answered in direct and straightforward language. There was a minor issue with a neighbor and it was resolved quickly and the neighbors were very complimentary when the job was completed. All in all a very positive experience. And the job was completed as promised...no open issues.
We had a great experience with Brent at Venters' Construction. He patiently walked us through filing with insurance for a new roof. He answered all of our questions and made the process seamless. He is very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with!! His team was respectful, hard working and left the place amazingly clean. The roof looks great!! We highly recommend!!
I recently worked with Brent and his roofing team and was extremely pleased.
